Emeryville Store Bad Service - software

I'm very displeased with the service I received in your Emeryville store. I felt the manager there was unresponsive to my concerns and not at all interested in creating a satisfied customer. I brought up two software issues; he was unwilling to address either.

I will share my opinion of that experience in a variety of forums.
