Don't get the rebates

Although the company and products are basically good, I have found it almost impossible to get the promised rebates. I have purchased several items with rebates and have had to spend hours battling with TigerDirect and the rebate companies—the last one I have never received even though I did everything asked.
Also I sent them this information on their internal customer service reviews—and guess what—it was never posted!
