Charged $29.95 unauthorized For the past 2 yrs

Unauthorized Purchase of PCTOOLS membership for that previous couple of years that used to do not capture on my charge card. On Dec-03/o8 I caught this bought and unearthed that the corporation had charged for that previous couple of years that I'dnot captured. I expected to get a complete reimbursement but was informed they might just provide a reimbursement for that past6 mos. Personally I think this can be a fraud and it is illegitimate so when you contact they provide the run-around with no leads to alter some of their company discounts because it was past 6mos. Aside from now of $29.95 since I have captured this because it was published 11/28 and charged 12/01/08.

These folks ought to be ceased and released of company.
