Poor customer service people

I bought a laptop and it keeps losing the internet, yet no one else in my house does. Calling toshiba is a nightmere! You are trasnferred a number of times and no seems to know what they are doing. Today I called at 12:00 P.M. And 3 hours later and talking to 10 different people, yes 10 and it is still not resolved. Someone is suppose to call me in the morning. I have never encountered such poor customer service in my life!!!
