Can't find anyone to contact about receiving a refund

I purchased what I thought was supposed to be Open Office Suite 2009. There is no such product. They are saying that their Open Office 2009 does the same thing that other similar office programs does. Check out the real Open Office website where you download the real product for 60 days trail. I couldn't download the product.

Then if you want to keep it if you pay the $49.99.

They are also using the Advanced Telecom (with a 'D). I called Advanced Telecom and they gave me Advanc Telecom URL.

I haven't been able to contact them.
