500GB External NAS storage - MN1
Poor service, poor product

Purchased a 500GB NAS storage in one of VOX Items supplier MWAVE. The merchandise came and wasn't operating per explanation. I named Vox item tech-support and that I was informed the item was faulty and also have to be delivered. I delivered the merchandise to VOX item plus they have confirmd bill of it. I had been guaranteed following a week that it's been set and you will be delivered quickly. Following a week, I named with no solution. (justification was they shifted and transformed telephone.) okay, thats clear and that I was guaranteed it'll be delivered in per week. Nothing. I called and emaled again. NO response. I submitted a reported with BBB plus they eventually responded and again guaranteed a ship day. Following a week, nothing. I called again, sent again and again. No solution, the voice-mail is definitely complete. Theire pricing was inexpensive which got me in big trouble (got inexpensive support with it). Watch out for VOX item.
