Authorized on at no cost update for 2009. I could not obtain the merchandise. After dealing with "it" for 2 times, I named a specialist to assist me. He could not obtain it both. I subsequently paid for that 2009 plan working when I settled, the download could be effective. It wasn't so then we named wherever it's you individuals are but still couldn't solve the problem. After, over 1 week, because Norton removed my 2008 Antivirus, I've no virus protection. I'm seeking which you credit my Mastercard for that amout of $48.98 that I settled on October 31. Thanks, Tony
