HP Customer Service is extremely harmful to the next factors
- Their Methods usually seemto be along.
- They dont pay attention to the client
- Really rude sometimes.
- Requested to get a method to protest and representative doesnt understand how to?
- The fixed item didnt work
- you receive transferred in one division to a different.
- Client eventually ends up detailing the issue on every phone (Bad certification of phone Background)
Hope you've never purchased a HP item. When you have, wish they never require a fix.
