I was approached by this company to upgrade my spybot program

Before i finished my application i grew suspicious of the web address mbcontact.com

And canceled my application due to it being a spam site.

However they still drew from my credit card the sum of $80-00au

I have reported this to my credit card authority and made a formal complaint.

I am sure you have heard of these people before and probably not the last time.

I hope you catch up with these criminals and put them where they can do no harm.

I am a pensioner with limited means so this is a blow to my confidence in the internet.
