NuShop Solutions mischarged me doesn't fix it then charges my credit card $84 because they feel like it

In September I requested 1 GB of memory from nushopsolutions. The sum total was $12.60 including delivery. I obtained the merchandise in a regular way and also the packaging slip additionally suggested an overall total price of $12.60, nevertheless my charge card was charged $15.00. I sent nushopsolutions telling them of the issue, and obtained a fast response apologizing and declaring the problem could be set. I instantly named my charge card organization to document another challenge. To date I've been acknowledged all $99 nushopsolutions has had.
