Mother board malfunction

I'm a sailor on my last trip to USA i purchased one hp pavilion notebook i requested them climate it's functional in asia they stated it's, i purchased the item, up to speed the vessel in my own agreement i barely utilize ed it today after completing only one year it's simply removed down with a simple voltasge change which ws not really noticed by us. I attempted within asia to obtain it maintained however they say this item isn't recognized in asia UCAN purchase a fresh item they cant do something for this they're stating motherboard panel n the lcd resume both are brief plus they cant change it out with indian components for horsepower because they r different. M Please support me out icant purchase notebooks tike tomatoes every single day please recommend any motion I will supply every detail it's previously attended two support facilities in vashi d andheri (in mumbai) for restoration however they have Quit... Pleas3e suggest something.
