Support was literally unwavering

I bought a new high-end graphics card in January 08. I had already registered the product online and logged a support ticket as to why it was squealing from time to time - XFX 's response said it was likely a capacitor, and if one goes, to ship it to them in California and have it looked at for repair or replacement, but that it did not need immediate repair. Less than an hour later I heard a huge bang with a noise like a gunshot, and my monitor stopped working, my computer turned off. Luckily I could get my monitor to work off of integrated video for a short time and posted another support ticket kindly saying it exploded, and quite truthfully that my ears were still ringing.
So I shipped it, and almost immediately after it got to California, I received an e-mail saying it was on its way back. The model they sent back to me was actually slightly better! I was extremely pleased as they surprised me with an upgrade to the XXX edition of my "8800GT" card. The whole time support was prompt and friendly, they did not try to ask me _any_ incriminating questions about how it was damaged. These kind of things happen from time to time, and I always wonder who will fix it and when, but I never doubted XFX. This is one of thier key selling points, and XFX really does live up to all thier brand hype about double lifetime this and that, for gamers by gamers, all of that is true.
