These people are very rude and unscrupulous.

I sent back a RAID device that did not work as advertised. They refused the return claiming it was scratched. I NEVER installed it! They are also claiming it came back with power cables missing. However, there were no power cables in the box. I returned EXACTLY what was in the box, in EXACTLY the condition it was sent. I am now wondering if they sent me a used unit in the first place.

They are liars (check multiple sites for reviews) and incredibly rude. You will see dozens of reviews that describe the incompetence and rudeness from these people. Stay away.
