Double billed on my credit card

I restored my Norton antivirus online. I had been charged $59.99 by Norton about the 25th of April and was charged about the 14th of May for $79.99 by Symantecstore.com. At that time of the restoration, I recognized the price of the produce that I decided to purchase was $59.99. I don't understand why I had been billed twice and also have questioned the cost of $79.99 with my charge card organization, and certainly will not spend this till I completely understand why I had been twice charged.
