Did not authorize Norton to perform this service

Used to do not approve Norton to restore any membership. I've three costs on my charge card statement. One for $43.29, two for $54.11 each. This isn't the very first time it has occurred. Our sponsor company continues to be billed about ten occasions for providers not approved. I changed Norton over this past year. Please eliminate these costs from my statement. Cheers,
