Bad customer service

I purchased a Fujitsu pc and anything was good with-it till I delivered it in also providing in a Fujitsu service-center in Memphis, TN.

From there it got me over per month to obtain my pc fixed and everytime I named I acquired a combination concept and incredibly poor support from team. I had been not provided the choice to advance the phone call to some supervisor—only if I named the organization workplace achieved it visit a manager and that I still got a combination concept on when my pc could be prepared and not had the choice to talk to the manager straight.

Its a great pc but following the customer support I obtained I'll never purchase this computer manufacturer again.
