100.00 Rebate

I'd recently changed to Cox Communications from Century Tel as my phone supplier stating When I changed to Cox, I'd obtain a 100.00 Discount from Cox. And so I did. But to no avail, I followed my 100.00 Refund, also it stated the it had been Refused. Whats up with that? Perhaps I ought to Fall Cox as my Web, Telephone, and Wire Supplier, and opt for Another Supplier. How might Cox experience that? I am presently considering choosing Dish Network and eliminating wire altogether. I simply don't believe it is reasonable once they provide you with anything, so when anything is performed, they back out-of their offer. Well I am gonna back on mine.:)
