This is actually the second-time I Have had an issue using the shipping of my inkjet compatible cartridges. The very first time, I eventually got outcomes after three efforts at calling them. This last period, I requested a sizable purchase on 2/21/07. I never acquired them, however they were REALLY QUICK on debiting my bank account. On 3/19/07 I delivered an email seeking satisfaction of my purchase. I created another demand on 4/9/07. SIMPLY NO REACTION this time around! Therefore, I named the amount they outlined and got a saving without any choices to keep in touch with "employees who did not find a way to reply my concerns" actually! I'm so discouraged, that I'll not be using the services of the corporation any more. I've completed business together individually and at my office, and they'll be dropping a substantial consideration between your two people, when I do updates and applications for my chapel athome in addition to utilizing four computers at my office. It's so annoying. And following the first issue, they send a note they had had some shipping problems lately and also to make sure and contact them if there have been more issues!
