Charge card fraud

On Feb14th two costs for aprox. $110 each were billed to my Credit card, however I've never bought something from AtomicPark.com - or any recognized affiliates. I experimented with contact the organization by telephone many times, no solutions.By mail, no solution. Then I came across many media posts concerning the operator, best described here:

I completed and sent the right paperwork to challenge the cost using the Credit card company Providian (lately absorbed by Washington Mutual). Support with MaMu is horrible, the perspective of telephone brokers show they mightnot care less about my issue plus they appear uncertain of the own procedure. I'm becoming informed a credit will require 3 months in the day of my criticism. Observe that I've never had any suspicious action with this card, and also have not following the day of the event both. If my card was sacrificed I'd anticipate them to stop and re issue instantly (as their very own challenge type claims) however they haven't.
