No promissed discounts obtained!

I bought a Viewsonic VX2025wm LCD Show from CompUSA in early June and shipped the refund types in as suggested. Their site suggests that the refund demand was obtained on September 14. They sent mail on October 27th informing the refund demand have been obtained (almost six months earlier). It's today December 24th, significantly more than ten months because they've obtained the refund and connected types which is nevertheless "in procedure", so theyare obviously have not fulfilled the 2 months running they guaranteed about the refund form.

Apart from publishing the inspections in India and sending them on the sluggish vessel back again to the united states, is there any reason they must be resting such a long time about the discounts guaranteed to clients?
