Lies, low quality management

Purchased a PC program from SIGNAL CITY ON 05/13/06. The shop worker informed us that there is a refund about the program we purchased. After several telephone calls, keeping occasionally all night whilst the refund heart attempted to determine the things they might do for us, informing us to contact the shop plus one discount middle individual really named the shop for us. The supervisors in the Erie shop just returned in my experience twice and stated "we shall consider this issue" or even the salesclerk isn't any longer employed by us, "every time I offered them 2-3 weeks and re calling the refund heart got exactly the same solution. What seemingly have occurred may be the shop worker lied to us stating there is a refund essentially for 140.00, but really the refund didn't begin before following day. Like a client I'd not know about whenever a refund is essentially or not. I had been lied to so when I spoke to some refund middle individual on Thursday I had been informed there is nothing I really could do since there is no refund at this amount of time in impact which there is nothing I really could do about that. I told them I'd consider small-claims judge and he or she explained I'd shed since the refund wasn't essentially at that time I purchased this computer program. Our issue listed here is significantly more than obtaining my refund, it's I had been lied to therefore he might promote us the computer. The supervisoris at Circuit City are of low quality and that I wouldn't return to buy any factor sort them again.
