Can't Unsubscribe from Kaspersky

I unsubscribed from Kaspersky on 27/10, acknowledged by Kaspersky and informed the Auto Renewal will be stopped. I have again received a reminder & Auto Renewal notification yesterday. Their cancellation option does not exist. Closest option is "I bought the wrong product" (I suppose I did: D). I want to be removed from their data basis, i do not want to be charged automatically in 6 days time when the lisence i cancelled in october already expires.
