Magic Jack Customer Service non existant - Magic Jack VoIP Telephone Service

In April I purchased the origional Magic Jack. I had all sorts of problems but worked around them because of the cost difference from a land line.in July I added an additional 5 years of service.in November I received an e-mail from them telling me about their new wonderful Magic Jack Plus. Eliminating most of the problems and I didn't need a computer to use it. I purchased it. Yesterday I received a notice of automatic payment for another year service. I contacted customer service. I thought I had another 5 years of service paid for. It turns out they forgot to tell me I forfitted the $59.95 extended service when I purchased the PLUS unit. There went any cost savings. Customer Service told me Tuff Luck. I would not recommend this product to anyone. If you have a problem don't plan on getting it resolved to your satisfaction.
