So disappoint

I purchased 3 gowns in Charlotte Russe and that I was suppose to obtain them a week ago, but used to donot have them and so I named them-and they simply explained the requested was sent to me but I never got it. They claim they'll start a study that it requires 10 to 14. I actually donot wanna drop my cash I simply need my purchase again or my cash back.
