I went to Zara, in Boston, to return two pair of jeans because they shrank too much after I washed them. Although I had the receipt and the tags, the sales associate did not help me with my return. After 20min of arguing, the sales associate agreed to call the manager. I had a bad experience with the sales associate, but the store manager (kelly) was even worse. First, she said that it was my fault because the jeans shrank. Second, she raised her voice to tell me that if I had a problem I can call corporate. Lastly, she told me in different words to fuck off, and never come back.
