Fake leather, inexpensive zippers, mismatching buckles and fake plastic mentor images

I've requested two bags out of this site one like a present plus one for myself. After I have them within the email, I had been surprised in the horrible quality: the fake leather, inexpensive zippers, mismatching buckles and phony plastic mentor images which were on uneven! Obviously after I attempted to get hold of the organization, there is no telephone number and also the only method was via email. I told them I had been an extremely disappointed client and want to return the item and obtain a return.

Following A week they responded that it'd probalbly be greater that I held the bags and talented them to somebody! WHAT? I mentioned no cheers, I'd be ashamed to provide them to Goodwill, not to mention to somebody I understand.

Long story short, I wound up sending the bags back again to them (price of $30 to China) and its own been almost 2 weeks and that I am still awaiting my reimbursement. I am not so positive that I'll actually have it.
