The gown we requested was nothing remotely such as the shade described on the site and also the dimension is a lot smaller than normal producers. Their customer support representatives were rude and undeniable. I agreed to deliver the gown in trade for another dimension bigger (and spend a re stocking charge) plus they declined. I did so all this within 12 hours of getting the gown. I'm completely shocked in the reactions we received. DON'T purchase out of this organization if you don't are ok with main shade versions and become certain to-order a bigger dimension than you usually use. I'll NEVER patronize them again... And you will be certain to allow others learn about our discontent...
