Superpages.com has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We have switched sales reps now multiple times and it takes our current rep 3 weeks to even tell us what a charge is for. He will blame it on their "billing department" not giving him correct information. I don't like doing business with a company when you're paying them and you have to send 10 emails to get an answer on 1 simple thing.
