Terrible customer service

Don't spend your own time or cash with this horrible organization and its own terrible customer support. We made the error of buying many flower-girl dresses from their store, so when we were disappointed using the badly built and unhealthy gowns, they'd not provide us a reimbursement since the dresses were allegedly customized. HA! Thats fun! These were NOT customized. They didn't actually come near to installation. A number of girls needed to obtain the dress changed (for one more price towards the currently costly gown). The organization was unhelpful and may care less that a few of the young kids sporting their gown might cry hysterically everytime we attempted to obtain them inside it. Terrible.
