This site is just a fraud. They wil consider your purchases as well as your cash but never deliver the item. There's a whole site focused on this bogus company Crazycustomcapssucks.com. Today, the web site claims, "Sorry we're not getting any purchases until January 17. I believe the web site is certainly going along before regulators relocate.
