Poor customer service

I purchased a layer I preferred but I really required a dimension smaller and so I named the Riverdale shop to determine when they had one. I was informed from the supervisor they couldnt search be-cause there isnot an extra person who may help me. I suppose theres merely a extra individual to assist you once theyare getting somebodyis extra cash - and that is all they worry about. I worry about customer support and that I won't be buying in the Riverdale (Ogden) shop again!
