Never received smaller size

Requested size that was way too large, delivered for smaller-size. Paid $12 for shipping unique set, then another $12 for that trade. I telephoned my frustration using the dimension and was informed I'd obtain proper dimension in 1-2 months. You know what! It's been more than 2 weeks and that I've yet to listen to a by email or notice. They've my income. Big Ripoff.

The delivery cost to get a set of trousers in a little mailer&$12 is crazy.
