Poor Quality Clothes

Bought Chaps Women Trousers at Kohl's. They'd an excellent match within the different manufacturers within the shop. I just had them three months, and were washed twice. Because they were 93% cotton, I cleaned them in cold-water, and dried them on fragile warmth. They reduced 6" about the knee cuffs, and reduced about the stomach, I really could not shut the trousers. Additionally, the leg joints cut in two locations, making gapping holes privately of my knee. I am so miffed having invested significantly more than $30.00 on the low quality garments.
