Microwave - ge micowave black

I purchased a small microwave for lowes in blytheville ar about 2 months ago for my mom it began to spark fire when i took it back i didn't have all the paper work because i had give it to my mom who is disable and elderly they explained that it wasn't any thing they could do and gave me the number to lowes advantage they explained that since it was less tan a 100 dollars the store was suppose to take care of it the manger stated that all she could do was send off for repairs and that if it wasn't a manufacture problem i would have to pay for the repairs which would cost me half for what i paid for the microwave my problem is this their are still honest people in the world that's not trying to get over on the system and although my mom didn't have all her ducks in a row that means she stuck with something that she cannot use and thats a shame
