Never received product or communication

I put an order on Feb. 10th and obtained a bill. February 13 I received a contact that I'd didn't pick the item that I'd requested. I e mailed back though I had been certain of what I'd selected.

I never received the merchandise and named the amount on my charge card for that payment quantity 305-512-8286 that provides no info except that you simply email them-and they'll return to you within three business days.

I sent them many times they've never gotten back again to me.

I'm prepared to do something in whichever type it has been per month given that they got my cash but have yet to provide something NOT REALLY AN ANSWER. I'm afraid to order anything online.: (
