Lace loops ripped right off!

I purchased these shoes two nights before, and also the lace circles have cut quickly the trunk. I had been informed that they're excellent shoes, also it appears to me that they're poorly-made. I wished they might last me a couple of years, but I suppose I had been incorrect.
