Did not receive what was ordered

Used to do not get the proper product which was requested which I had been billed for. They've no telephone number or tackle therefore the only method to contact them is through email plus they are not effective in obtaining back. Many instances I acquired a computerized reaction that didn't reply my issue. I subsequently needed to invest money to possess it delivered back again to them-and am still spending some time having it removed of my charge card.
