I introduced of the ROCA WEAR Nylon Jacket and that I observe that the emblem about the back was missing characters. I deliver it back exactly the same evening for an exchange. 4 times passes and that I chose to provide them with a phone. While talking with the very first customer support individual he weighs on me before I will truly begin referring to my issue. I named the 2nd period along with a lady explained the computers were along and that I must call-back in 20 mins. Consequently, I provide them with one hour. After calling for that third-time. I needed to talk to a boss. The costumer support individual was significantly hesitated. After waiting 5 to 10 mins on-hold. I acquired the boss about the telephone. We advise me the computers were still along and he'll provide me a call-back once they are up. Additionally, mentioned he leaves at 8pm therefore after 8 there's nothing he is able to do. Exactly what a rip-off. PREVENT THEM! They are doing ROCA WEAR and customers AN ENORMOUS injustice!
