Failure to refund

I purchased a set of dimension 12 'CROCS' from CLOGGIS LTD via their site, compensated by bank card. Sneakers came, these were size 12 but far too little. I approached the organization, by mail described they weren't appropriate and requested for reimbursement. The organization explained they don't do discounts but just 'credit notes'. Whilst the product was the most dimension they supplied and there is no appropriate option, i told them that the 'credit notice' not just was it-not authorized however it was ineffective in my experience, and insisted nicely they return my profit complete. They currently WOn't recognize my several emails about them and therefore are hiding behind their illegitimate terma and problems which decline reunds. They're an extremely uncooperative and uncommunicative organization possibly run from the personal home someplace whilst the mail address is just a hotmail address. Someone to be prevented no matter what.
