Misleading ads

On 5-5 Kohls had a sign in the mens department that said "ALL SOCKS: buy 1 package, get 2nd package half off".in small printing about the base of the indication, in addition, it stated "limits silver foot". Obviously used to donot read all of the fine-print so when I acquired towards the register I had been billed top dollar for both packages. Silly me for accepting that "all socks" intended "all socks"? No, silly me for buying at Kohls. Atleast the worker apologized. The shop manager blew me down. I suppose these are goodtimes for Kohls supervisors.
