Paid in Full but continued late fees & finance charges

I've settled my Ny & Business charge card entirely a couple of months before. I settled it for whichever present stability I'd in those days, within the telephone by having an additional $10 plus they assured me that I actually donot owe them anymore money. After 3-4 weeks, I then found out that they're still receiving me late fees and financing costs. Underneath the present economy, it's so difficult to think that large businesses such as this are benefiting from customers only at that really difficult time. I'm wishing you can assist me obtain a reimbursement of what I simply compensated (again), since I'm like I ought to not be charged for-anything after I settled entirely as well as in good faith.
