They LIED about alterations!

Please, I am asking you-all NOT TO ACTUALLY store at Donald's Bridal!!! I want I'd investigated the organization more before I actually lost my time together. Okay listed here is the tale:

I visited DB in August 08 to obtain a head-start on my wedding ceremony planning and gown choice. I'd really a good affiliate (I've to provide them that she was excellent, bad woman no further works there so she is possibly WISE!) who helped me look for a robe that I REALLY LIKE! To date so great. I was informed to not fear that I am evidently a shorty which I'd definitly require the hem adopted simply because they provide one-free modification using the purchase of the dress and they also clear/push the gown, perform a bead check, and make certain any free posts are looked after. Therefore Iam considering EXCELLENT, not a problem cuz Iam not psycho diet, I'll wait til the spring, get my appropriate & free modification and become on the highway for just one simple cost

Soooo I returned in December 08 (wedding is in June 09) and purchased the gown. I confirmed and was again reassurred that I get one modification free and also to contact soon-to make certain I get a scheduled appointment in a timely manner. And so I named nowadays for that modification. And also the seamstress was really rude to start with after which educated me that modifications aren't free, not really onetime, which there's a collection price based on your gown for whichever components require repairing. This may accumulate! I had been angry. I questioned just how much only for the hem which obviously she could not actually provide me a ballpark number. And so I requested to become moved back again to the supervisor. They explained that they never do free modifications and that they'd not have stated that. Therefore too harmful to me. Today I've a non returnable gown and I've been lied to and Iam out-of $ for gowns cuz seriouosly, Iam not wealthy! And so I named corporate plus they may do nothing or do not care. The woman (Heidi Miller) was enjoyable about the telephone but could not do significantly or would not or whatsoever. She stated I've oneday to come back the gown & they'll return me.

So my lovely princess gown is certainly going back and that Iam truly unfortunate about this and I've to begin over. Thank god I've a couple of months but these these these BS!!! I am so angry about that and they'll shed the additional cash of my 6 bridesmaids & 2 moms (mom & mother-in law) who'll not buy so much like a bow out of this bad shop!!!
