Ordered ugg boots and never got them

I requested Ugg shoes out of this organization and not received them. I approached them many times without any reaction. I did so purchase 3 set on various times. The thieves just billed 1 set to my charge card. Fortunate for me silly on the component. Our charge card business stood behind me and acknowledged my bill. They'll be getting it back again to the organization that settled the cash towards the thieves. I had been more furious that my 13-year old child didn't obtain the one present she needed for Holiday. Which was more unsettling in my experience than feasible losing money.
