Never received product but they cashed my check!

I requested 4 set of moccasins on Nov. 24 and my check has was banked with-in a couple of days, nevertheless, I've never obtained the moccasins or any communication. I'd like them shipped BEFORE Holiday or I'll be informing the Attorneygeneral. It appears like I'm not alone using the same grievances!
