Requested items on November 24 nowadays is November 2 received one email saying that order had been prepared within a few minutes of putting purchase, ever since then nothing... No replys to e-mail, nothing about purchase being delivered.

Appeared a much better business bureu (BBB) for that organization plus they are ranked an "Y" declaring they neglect to reponsed to BBB issues.
