Hiring young but not older people

I've put a software with this specific Compang and reccieved a email they where not employing. That's been per week. Nowadays I visited Goal and there is an indication saying now choosing. I actually donot understand why they'd not really talk to me individual to individual. I've experienced retail nearly 17 years and also have worked in several divisions. I've an entire application bu no body is considering that. I'm really annoyed. My husband died 24 months before and that I am looking to get back again to function. Personally I think that they're not taking a look at me due to my age. Trust me I really could function groups around anybody. I'd like, no I WOULD LIKE employment. Occasions are tough-but once they have starting, nor actually speark to people properly it smells.

I really hope somebody who says it will help me comprehend the explanation for this plan.
