Bad Customer Sevice / And Complaint

I visited buy school uniforms on 8-24-08 and paid around 67 bucks. And the sizes weren't appropriate. We returned with uniforms on 8-25-08 to switch them for your correct dimensions. Or that shop or any shop have proper dimensions. I questioning why is it that people brought the clothes back with original tags still attached and we were denied a return with this recipts. I'm on the fixed income and my kids do not have outfits to visit school in tomorrow. Because of lacking a reimbursement i've to look somwhere else to obtain outfits. This really is very unsettling since your boss in addition to everyone believe we must have receive my reimbursement in the place of a gift-card. And that i will be completing a complaint with bbb.
