I've had this type of horrible encounter, I'll never store there again. I bought $60 and was pressed/in love with obtaining their Victoria solution card in the place of utilizing my very own credit card. Large mistake, I obtain the statement so that as I'm a canadian, they decline canadian cheques or resources that will be all that I've use of. The issue gets resolved in 2 weeks plus they take mycredit card. I begin to get hit with countless bucks recently fees. I clarify the problem and after numerous calls/discussions and moment I eventually get anyone to hear plus they inform me all-is resolved and removed having a little fee of under $10. Then I begin to get fines again next. Calls begin again, I get named a liar and needed to cope with one of the most rudest individuals actually - Michael B. I've never been thus insulted and bothered as with this company. I eventually got a credit, I should have invested countless hours with hundreds of diff people. NEVER AGAIN am I going to or my loved ones cope with Victoria Solution!
