Ruining clothes and not taking responsibility

I got two tommy bahama what to be washed. Upon selecting them up and obtaining them house, i realized that the color on a single gown had run all around the outfit. Another outfit, a two-piece match, had burn marks onto it, clearly burned within the demanding. I named to go over plus they attributed it about the producer, though I'd had both of these products dry-cleaned additional occasions without any issues. Main point here, I really could not use roughly $500 value of apparel. There is no apology or any type of financial arrangement.
