Fraud and theft

Robbery? Basically: We were educated (with a friend of the ringis prior operator) that the bit of jewelry we bought out of this site have been taken! We attempted to function it out using the operator of the organization, Mr. Yang, but were educated that once a purchase quit his treatment, there "is nothing I will do". This, obviously, is wholly poor. We feel terrible that people are in possession of a tainted ring, but we settled a great deal for this and donot desire to write-off losing. Has other people had an identical encounter with this specific person or his site? When you have, please let's understand how you fixed it! We simply have no idea how to proceed!
